Payment Schedule

The cost for the trek is $375.  If a Crew member needs some financial support to attend with his/her Crew, please let us know as we are raising funds for such needs.

The trek is limited to 30 participants and Venturers will have first priority.

Payments are as follows:

  1. A transferable but non-refundable deposit $75 holds a spot.
  2. A second payment of $150 is due by March 1, 2010.
  3. Final non-refundable payment of $150 is due by May 1, 2010.

Required Forms

The following forms are required for each person on the trek.  We have some T-shirts and will give them to the first participants that register.  Forms 1 through 3 and T-shirt size should be mailed with your deposit.  You may keeps forms 4 & 5 in your possession.  All these forms are available on the Resources web page.
